Onecall was established in 2002 before coming registered as a private company in 2006
It is managed by its owner Beverley Jackson.
Beverley first started out as an independent agent within a limited territorial boundary. As the business developed she deemed it necessary to recruit and appoint additional agents to establish full cover for the whole of England and Wales. From this grass roots level of approach the business grew to its present size and is ever expanding.
Currently the business involves some 20 independent part time agents recruited from all walks of life from housewives, professionals to retired and semi retired professionals. A dedicated network of people with a commonsense, a non authorititve approach, fully flexible in both time and attitude often working outside normal working hours, evenings and weekends. All are mobile and are used to meeting deadlines, reporting directly to Beverley at the Head office in Whitwell Rutland.
